And I'm grateful that you share with the rest of us!DWhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04937819555924583857noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-745825294940013067.post-30025642545241151402010-12-06T20:08:27.604-08:002010-12-06T20:08:27.604-08:00Hey, I just stopped by from Heather's life mad...Hey, I just stopped by from Heather's life made lovely and "dug a little deeper." I love this post and wanted you to know. The last paragraph sums it all up so well. A great reminder and "know your triggers" is excellent advice. Oh, I also love the snowflakes!! Have a good week.amyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08230587667587421596noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-745825294940013067.post-84358335767964192212010-12-02T22:08:29.064-08:002010-12-02T22:08:29.064-08:00Everything you've shared is true.
I see it in...Everything you've shared is true.
I see it in myself - both sides of the coin
from time to time. Then something happens to hit me upside the head and get to reality of why I blog in the 1st place.

I'm so thankful to be getting to know you away from 'the school' now that I'm retired and we're fellow bloggettes.

We had our neighbors over for dinner tonight. Rocky grilled sausages and onions and I made a couple side dishes and an awesome dessert I saw on *thoughts and whatnots*. We're foodie people so food is important to us. Preparing it, plating it and eating it. But...I was given a lovely dose of reality when, after our guests left, I went to change into my night clothes and brush my teeth - and imagine my surprise when I saw a huge piece of grill char on my front tooth. Pretty. ha!

I love your blog. I love the welcome atmosphere, *real* faces, *real* life - peanut butter and all. You're a creative woman who is amazingly blessed with a sweet family.

(((*hug*)))

jAnesherryhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01869744622519612793noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-745825294940013067.post-10621110966162026602010-12-02T14:34:13.965-08:002010-12-02T14:34:13.965-08:00What a wonderful reminder! Thank you!! I think it ...What a wonderful reminder! Thank you!! I think it is our nature to compare ourselves with others and to feel "less", which is probably why the Bible tells us that when we compare ourselves with others we are "fools". If only I could remember that! :-/
Your post is a blessing to me, and I appreciate your honesty. God bless!
*smiles*
debbiDebbihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09294697183610033724noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-745825294940013067.post-30636831568957454622010-12-02T13:11:06.585-08:002010-12-02T13:11:06.585-08:00I love your blog because it isn't a cookie cut...I love your blog because it isn't a cookie cutter blog - it is real and you even cook with the pie crust scraps and make delicious little cinnamon goodies for us all (figuratively speaking - I have no idea what you do :) )

I adore your very, very real photos of your family.

I love that your focus on Christ reveals not only the good He has done in your life but lets us see that He is still working in your life. You aren't perfected yet and neither are we.Melissahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03418200517338216765noreply@blogger.com
